(3) Routine. Last light. Alarm 2230. Stop. Stretch; 10 minutes. Journal; env, feeling, dent, people, things, feeling -or- decisions/analysis. Read. Lights out 2330. Not every day. But every day I can.
(4) Routine. Every day. Eat only 12 to 8. Think of my people. Kindness to them. Kindness to myself. Learn. Do. Have fun.
